Marie KASSAB has been a lawyer since 2011.
She works both in litigation and as a consultant in all real estate matters.
She practices daily in the field of leases (commercial, civil and principal residence) and the provision of buildings, co-ownership, property law and real estate transactions (real estate development, transfer of buildings, etc.).
After obtaining a master’s degree specializing in environmental law and public real estate law, Marie developed these areas in the firm. She advises her clients in particular on the town planning and environmental aspects of their real estate operations.
In May 2020, Marie was authorized by the Brussels Bar to hold the title of specialist in property law, easements and other real rights and in the law of leases and commercial leases.
In addition, Marie has been an accredited mediator in civil and commercial matters since September 2021.
